Intentional Ideation

Cultivate an innovation culture both within and beyond your organization. Our programs are designed to nurture a mindset that embraces change, encourages experimentation, and celebrates creative solutions.

Symbiotic Partnerships

Forge invaluable strategic partnerships across the broader ecosystem, and identify new opportunities for cross-collaboration with aligned organizations building toward shared long-term goals.

De-risk Product Development

Create environments for rapid feedback from key stakeholders early on. Each step in your innovation process is supported by a robust framework that engages the most relevant users in identifying key problems from the start, avoiding costly corrections later.

Targeted Talent

Discover and recruit exceptional talent through curated events for your specific niche. Tap into an active pool of bright minds to find the most talented and driven builders for your mission.

Stakeholder Engagement

Harness the collective wisdom of your network. Involve your users, contributors, and partners directly in the innovation process, transforming them into active co-creators. This collaborative approach not only enhances your product but also strengthens your community.

Brand Evolution

Expand your brand's influence and adoption. Whether it's through an API, SDK, or introducing new features, our events serve as a catalyst for growth. Embrace the opportunity to evolve your brand and make a lasting impact in the market.

How it works

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Suspendisse varius enim in eros elementum tristique.

1. On Ramp

Preparation is key to creating optimal outcomes. This crucial pre-hack stage involves a series of facilitated workshops to ensure builders have good problems to work on, the right talent is in the room, and the best incentivization mechanisms are in place for participants.

Research

Identifying key challenges, customer needs, and partner alignments across the ecosystem.

Game Plan

Clarifying timelines and workflows for preparation, execution, and follow-up of the event.

Mapathon

Preparing for and mapping out the event theme, format, challenge statements, KPIs, recruitment strategy, and production.

2. Activation

Event production requires a clear plan, strong team synergy, and attention to detail. Our experienced facilitators and creative team will join you on site for the duration of the event to ensure a smooth execution, end-to-end.

Hackathons

Events spanning 2-3 days where key stakeholders collaborate intensively on ideation around key challenges.

Build Weeks

Longer project-focused events spanning 4-7 days, where key stakeholders develop, prototype, or create a specific product or solution.

Innovation Programs

Custom design-thinking workshops and guided facilitation.

3. After Burn

Strong storytelling and clear analytics amplify the impact of events well beyond their activation dates. Our team offers a suite of post-production services to ensure valuable learnings are captured, engaging content is ready to share, and teams are well-positioned to connect with new opportunities.

Reporting

Post-event impact metrics and participant surveys to gather learning for future events.

Post-Production Content

Creating engaging videos, photography, and written recaps to share the story of your event.

Ecosystem matchmaking

Guiding participating teams towards resources and support for long term success in the broader ecosystem.

FAQs

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Suspendisse varius enim in eros elementum tristique.

Are hackathons just for technical people?

This is a common misconception. Many skills are needed in any complex endeavour, particularly the creation of a new technology, which requires research, design, product management, data science, software development, marketing, business model innovation, and domain expertise. Teamwork wins. Whatever your skillset, there is a way you can contribute with a complementary team.
